Senior Site Superintendent – ICI Construction
Salary: $180,000 – $200,000
Our client, a leading General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up ICI construction projects across Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven site leader who thrives on complex builds, high standards, and delivering major projects from the ground up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, enforcing health and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest level of quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up ICI projects valued at $100M+
- Manage subcontractors, trades, site staff, logistics, scheduling, and day-to-day field operations
- Ensure project milestones, safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements are consistently met
- Work closely with the Project Manager and leadership team to resolve site challenges and maintain project momentum
- Represent the company professionally with clients, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners
- Travel across Ontario as required based on project needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Site Superintendent on ground-up ICI projects
- Proven background delivering large-scale projects valued around $100M+
- Experience working with a reputable General Contractor
- Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex site logistics, multiple trades, and fast-moving project demands
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario depending on project location
