Drive system enhancements as a Systems Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM applications. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.<br/><br/>In this pivotal role, the Systems Analyst will report to the Manager, Business & Enterprise Systems. You will plan, analyze, design, and maintain enterprise systems that meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include analyzing system requirements and collaborating with Solution Architects to create fault-tolerant configurations and documentation.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and design configurations for PeopleSoft applications
• Collaborate on systems architecture and documentation
• Plan and execute system upgrades and testing
• Ensure technical specifications are met during execution
• Conduct feasibility studies for client requirements<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5-8 years in integrated IT environments
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft technologies and modules
• Experience in project management and certifications preferred
• Ability to mentor and lead technical projects
• Excellent communication of technical concepts to users<br/><br/>Use your PeopleSoft expertise to enhance city systems and support operational initiatives.
