Upper Canada College seeks a Creative Associate Director, Advancement Communications to enhance fundraising through innovative marketing strategies. This hybrid role combines in-person collaboration and strategic campaign leadership.<br/><br/>This 18-month contract position focuses on developing impactful marketing and communication strategies that enhance UCC’s fundraising culture. Key responsibilities include leading multi-channel campaigns, managing production of campaign materials, and maintaining brand consistency. You will also oversee timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality execution.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership on milestone campaign branding
• Lead annual fund marketing and communication initiatives
• Manage production of donor-facing materials across formats
• Analyze audience data to refine campaign strategies
• Oversee project timelines and maintain quality standards<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Experience in fundraising and donor communications
• Strong project management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability in multi-channel campaigns
• Excellent writing and editing proficiency
