Your expertise in costing and bid management will be essential for diverse projects across the construction spectrum.<br/><br/>As part of Matheson Constructors, you will take charge of the estimating process for both large-scale and smaller projects. With a minimum of five years in the field, your skills will enhance project accuracy and efficiency while fostering a collaborative environment for junior estimators through mentorship and support.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full bid processes for major construction projects
• Analyze project documents to craft precise estimates
• Coordinate pricing with the estimating team for bulk purchasing
• Identify risks through detailed project reviews
• Develop enduring relationships with subcontractors and consultants<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least five years estimating experience at a General Contractor
• History of leading estimates up to $50 million
• Experience with both CM and DB projects
