Design and own the strategic roadmap for the enterprise AI platform, establishing the core technical architecture that powers Aritzia’s AI capabilities.
Lead the engineering of critical platforms, including robust development platforms, that empower the organization.
Build and manage a network of world‑class technology vendors and partners, ensuring the AI platform ecosystem is innovative, scalable, and aligned with strategic business goals.
Perform feasibility studies on emerging AI trends and collaborate with internal/external tech experts to accelerate advanced, practical adoption.

Enterprise AI Infrastructure & LLMOps / MLOps Architecture: Deep architectural expertise in enterprise cloud AI ecosystems (e.g., Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI) to build and provision scalable developer environments and agentic orchestration frameworks
Experience with AI guardrails engineering, model observability, and drift detection, and establishing autonomy limits and action authorization controls for agentic systems
Experience with cognitive search, RAG, multi‑modal visual embeddings, and enterprise data architecture
Experience with vector databases and data orchestration
Experience with application integration and embedded AI architecture
Experience with technical vendor evaluation and AI strategy
