Leverage your expertise in operational risk at Vanguard as a Senior Risk Advisor. Support divisions with strategic oversight and drive risk-informed decision-making across the organization.<br/><br/>In this senior role, you will provide critical risk guidance and oversight within Vanguards Global Risk and Security team. Your expertise will ensure effective risk management practices, develop divisional controls, and foster a strong risk culture. Collaborate closely with domestic and international Chief Risk Officers to enhance consistency across divisions and mitigate emerging risks.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Provide risk guidance and assurance to enterprise and divisional partners
• Develop and implement effective divisional risk controls
• Lead efficiency and effectiveness of risk management initiatives
• Set measurable goals to improve risk management standards
• Consult on developing new products and services for risk mitigation<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Minimum of eight years related work experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Graduate degree preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and influencing skills
