Hourly rate ranges from $24.85 – $25.10 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain Guest Services.
  • Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses and shrinkage, managing human resources, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement 21.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
