Lead complex ground improvement projects as a Site Superintendent, focusing on geotechnical excellence and team oversight. This hands-on role emphasizes safety and quality across all operations.<br/><br/>We are seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent to oversee field operations in ground improvement and heavy civil construction. With 5-10+ years of relevant experience, you will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project logistics. Your leadership will ensure compliance with engineering specifications, while promoting safety and operational excellence.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Execute specialized ground improvement projects efficiently and to high standards
• Plan and oversee daily operations with Site Supervisors and Foremen
• Develop work plans and optimize logistics with Project Management
• Conduct daily inspections, monitoring progress and quality controls
• Manage site resources, including materials and equipment<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5–10+ years in ground improvement or civil projects
• Proven Site Superintendent or Senior Site Supervisor experience
• Strong understanding of soil behavior and construction practices
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
