Role Description
We are seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our Client’s vehicle fleet in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our transportation equipment.
Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Develop maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Supervise maintenance staff and external service providers.
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs.
- Optimize inventory of parts and tools required for fleet servicing.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to support operational needs
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualification
- 310 T License required.
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance.
- Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation and regulatory compliance.
- Class A license preferred.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.

$80,000-$100,000 / year depending on experience
