You will ensure the delivery of professional and engaging community programs while driving a results-oriented culture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with staff, stakeholders, and community members, alongside the ability to adapt and lead amidst challenges.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the strategic execution of community programs
• Engage staff through motivational leadership techniques
• Maintain fiscal responsibility and manage procurement processes
• Enhance community engagement in recreational services
• Control budgeting and develop expenditure strategies<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least five years of relevant management experience
• Project Management certification preferred
• Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Experience liaising with councils or governing bodies<br/><br/>Lead the charge to foster a thriving community in Tumbler Ridge with effective recreation services.
