Join ComPsych as a licensed EAP Provider, delivering impactful counseling services to employees in your community. This role focuses on short-term solutions for diverse life challenges through in-person sessions.<br/><br/>ComPsych seeks dedicated behavioral health clinicians to enhance its Employee Assistance Program network. As a provider, you will facilitate client-centered counseling tailored to address various concerns such as stress and relationship issues. This position offers the chance to utilize your skills in a supportive environment focused on ethical practices.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Provide face-to-face EAP counseling to employees and families
• Conduct thorough intake assessments and counseling sessions
• Assist clients in managing anxiety, depression, and work-life balance
• Keep accurate clinical records in line with compliance standards
• Collaborate with ComPsych for seamless care management<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field
• At least 3 years of post-master’s clinical experience
• Valid professional accreditation or registration necessary
• Possess active professional liability insurance
