This role demands hands-on leadership in ServiceNow’s comprehensive implementation and configuration processes.<br/><br/>This senior position focuses on the ServiceNow lifecycle, enhancing operational efficiency for enterprise systems. You’ll lead the implementation of SAM Pro, Business Continuity Management, and Crisis Management, translating complex business needs into structured solutions. Your experience will be pivotal in conducting feasibility studies, guiding configuration, and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design and implementation of ServiceNow enterprise solutions
• Lead feasibility assessments translating business needs
• Manage implementation planning and operational transitions
• Facilitate workshops aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business needs
• Develop strategic documentation and solution roadmaps<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Over 5 years in leading ServiceNow implementations
