This position emphasizes a forward-looking approach, ensuring compliance with transportation and capital plans as you navigate complex negotiations. Your leadership will help establish frameworks that strengthen corporate capacity.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee land acquisition and conveyancing processes
• Guide strategic asset management and civic projects
• Maintain and optimize the Land Inventory System
• Negotiate high-value property transactions
• Engage with stakeholders on land-related issues<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Significant experience in real estate and land management
• Familiarity with municipal laws and regulations
• Proficiency in GIS and appraisal tools
