Join COWI as an Associate Technical Director in hybrid mode, leading innovative transportation projects in North America. Collaborate with global experts to enhance roadway design capabilities across British Columbia and Alberta.<br/><br/>In this senior role, you will provide engineering and project management leadership while developing highway and roadway designs. Your primary focus includes traffic modeling, civil discipline coordination, and mentoring technical teams to achieve success across various transportation projects. You will play a critical part in supporting the Canadian business growth and advancing COWI’s capabilities in transportation.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Professional of Record for design outputs
• Lead delivery of roadway design scope on projects
• Drive business development and client proposals
• Collaborate with project teams during bids
• Foster relationships to expand transportation services<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Transportation Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer in BC and/or AB
• Minimum 15 years in multidisciplinary projects
• Experience with BC Ministry and Alberta Transportation
• Strong expertise in geometric design and design software<br/><br/>Use your design leadership and project management experience to spearhead transportation engineering efforts at COWI.
