TFS has an exciting permanent opportunity as the Customer Service Supervisor reporting to the Manager in the Customer Service department. The Customer Service Supervisor will be overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service team to ensure effective, efficient operations, and customer-oriented handling of communications.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide effective coaching, feedback, and guidance to associates to maximize performance and support their development.
- Provide clear expectations, appropriate supervision and feedback on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure associate compliance with policies & procedures.
- Oversee team leads to ensure Call Centre service levels are being met.
- Along with team leads ensure quality assurance through “call review”.
- Review and analyze daily departmental dashboard.
- Ensure timely execution of performance management process.
- Oversee Insurance Department to ensure customer compliance and timely remediation.
- Resolve processing issues and assist in the development of standard operating procedures, goals and objectives for the department.
- Promote an inclusive and respectful environment with internal and external customers.
What You Will Bring:
- University Degree/College Diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment, supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and, interpersonal and coaching skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Excel/PowerPoint
- Self-starter and independent
- Team oriented and results driven
- Bilingual in English and French (mandatory)
