Join Organika as the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs and shape the compliance strategy for a premium natural health company. Ensure regulatory adherence for health products.<br/><br/>In this key leadership role, you will manage regulatory strategies focusing on compliance for dietary supplements and cosmetics. Your responsibilities include overseeing product registrations, guiding teams through regulatory processes, and engaging with crucial stakeholders. You will collaborate cross-functionally and lead a high-performing regulatory team dedicated to bringing quality products to market.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead regulatory strategy and execution for all health products
• Ensure adherence to Health Canada and FDA regulations
• Monitor global regulatory trends and impacts
• Manage regulatory submissions for NHPs and other products
• Approve claims and labels for compliance<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 8-10+ years in Regulatory Affairs
• Minimum of 3-5 years in leadership
