Lead the IT support team and projects at Kerr SmartEnergy as an IT Operations & Projects Manager in Truro. This hands-on role blends leadership with technical expertise.<br/><br/>Kerr SmartEnergy is seeking a results-driven individual for this on-site position, requiring 3-4 days per week in Truro. You will lead IT operations, drive continuous improvement, and manage critical projects while ensuring system stability and security. The blend of managerial oversight and project leadership makes this a challenging role for a motivated individual.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with business leaders on technology requirements
