We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with hiring managers, and is passionate about creating an outstanding candidate experience.

Because you’ll be supporting recruitment across the Americas, fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.

What You’ll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a variety of operations and sales functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the full recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends, and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing methods.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment recommendations to business leaders.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and countries simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive talent.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
