This leadership role combines financial management, operational oversight, and customer satisfaction.<br/><br/>As the Director, Event Technology I, you will be responsible for achieving financial goals while fostering a culture of accountability and performance. You’ll work closely with venue personnel to enhance service quality and optimize resources, ensuring seamless event execution and client satisfaction. Your insights in sales and technical management will set the stage for success.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial management and reporting for venues
• Develop effective sales strategies to maximize event revenue
• Ensure timely delivery of services and equipment
• Maintain relationships with customers and venue staff
• Manage inventory and troubleshoot technical issues<br/><br/>Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Bachelors preferred
• 3+ years audio-visual experience
• 1+ years in supervisory roles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Experience in customer service or hospitality<br/><br/>Excel as a leader and drive high-quality service within the event technology landscape.
