JumpGogh is a PE-backed IFS professional services firm formed from the recent merger of JumpModel and Gogh Solutions. We deliver professional services across IFS Cloud implementations, ERP, EAM, Service, managed support, training, change management, and advisory work for clients in asset-intensive industries across North America.

We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist who can help turn that foundation into consistent campaign execution, better lead follow-up, stronger reporting, and a more measurable pipeline contribution.
Role Overview
As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to report to the Director of Marketing & Alliances. This hands-on, execution-focused role will support demand generation campaigns, website updates, content coordination, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, reporting, and sales alignment. The specialist will work closely with leadership, sales, business development, subject matter experts, and marketing operations. This role is not managerial and is well suited for someone energized by B2B lead generation, marketing automation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing IFS-focused business.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand and Lead Generation: Support and execute campaigns via email, LinkedIn, website, events, content, nurture programs, and outbound follow-up to move prospects through the sales funnel.

- Website and Landing Page Support: Maintain and update the website to be campaign-ready and conversion-focused, including forms, CTAs, SEO updates, and service page improvements.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with internal experts to translate technical ideas into marketing materials such as blogs, emails, social posts, guides, and sales enablement content.
- SEO and Digital Visibility: Optimize website structure, keywords, metadata, internal linking, and prepare for AI search readiness.

- Reporting and Funnel Visibility: Track campaign performance, lead activity, conversion rates, and prepare insightful weekly and monthly reports.
- Sales, Business Development, and Partner Support: Collaborate closely to support lead follow-up, campaign handoff, partner marketing, and sales enablement content.
