- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up tasks.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and the ability to learn mortgage-related systems.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills in a remote work environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prior experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services administration is beneficial but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in business or administration is a plus.
