Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX<br/><br/>As a Lifecycle Marketing Automations Specialist, you will support the strategy and execution of automated programs spanning the full customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through retention, loyalty, and reactivation. Youll be responsible for delivering localized CRM experiences from concept through execution, ensuring programs are relevant for your market while aligning with global priorities. Working closely with Global Lifecycle CRM and Technology teams, youll leverage shared platforms, data, and segmentation frameworks to execute regional programs that create meaningful guest engagement and business impact.<br/><br/>This role is based at our North Vancouver headquarters and may be hired remotely. Business operations occur in the PST timezone. The ideal candidate would be in the office a minimum of one day per month.<br/><br/>Meet Your Future Team:<br/><br/>The Lifecycle Marketing & CRM team builds meaningful relationships with Arc’TERYX guests through personalized, data-driven communications across channels. By combining customer insight, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration, the team delivers lifecycle experiences that connect brand storytelling, product moments, and transactional interactions into a cohesive omnichannel guest journey.<br/><br/>Responsibilities<br/><br/>Supporting end-to-end execution of programs across email and app, including campaign launches, product drops, seasonal moments, and promotional activations.<br/><br/>Executing demand-driving automations including browse abandonment, cart abandonment, Email My Cart, back-in-stock, and guest acquisition programs.<br/><br/>Partnering with regional merchandising, marketing, and e‑commerce teams to translate commercial priorities into CRM campaigns that drive revenue.<br/><br/>Developing creative briefs, building campaign wireframes, coordinating QA/UAT, and overseeing deployment from concept through launch.<br/><br/>Partnering closely with Global Lifecycle, CRM, and Technology teams to leverage shared platforms, segmentation frameworks, and automation capabilities while ensuring regional relevance.<br/><br/>Supporting regional email capture initiatives and listing growth strategies to grow the addressable audience.<br/><br/>Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities through testing, reporting, and guest insights.<br/><br/>Contributing to experimentation initiatives that improve engagement, conversion, and regional business performance.<br/><br/>Supporting CRM platform enhancements and new automation capabilities in partnership with Global teams.<br/><br/>Qualifications<br/><br/>University degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.<br/><br/>3+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing.<br/><br/>Experience building and deploying CRM campaigns and marketing automations on platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.<br/><br/>Ability to work autonomously while collaborating during daily meetings and stand‑ups.<br/><br/>Strong project management skills: scheduling, asset delivery, scope changes, and resource coordination.<br/><br/>Attention to detail.<br/><br/>Knowledge of email best practices, templates, segmentation, dynamic content and A/B testing.<br/><br/>Highly skilled in Figma, HTML, CSS and UX design.<br/><br/>Customer‑centric mindset and ability to balance regional needs with global standards.<br/><br/>Creative, logical and methodical problem‑solving ability.<br/><br/>Strong cross‑functional communication skills.<br/><br/>Adaptability in ambiguous situations.<br/><br/>Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.<br/><br/>Drive for breakthroughs, continuous improvement and high performance.<br/><br/>Passion for outdoors and personal growth.<br/><br/>Results‑driven with a drive for audacious goals.<br/><br/>Salary Range : CAD$71,000 – CAD$93,000.<br/><br/>Benefits<br/><br/>Health & wellbeing<br/><br/>– Extended health, dental and vision coverage, including mental health support, fertility benefits, gender‑affirming care and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program.<br/><br/>Financial wellbeing<br/><br/>– RRSP matching and eligibility for the ARC’TERYX Annual Incentive Plan and access to Employee Stock Purchase Program where applicable.<br/><br/>Time & flexibility<br/><br/>– Paid time off, wellness time, and the No Wasted Day program (dedicated paid days to get outside and explore).<br/><br/>Family support<br/><br/>– Parental leave top‑up and a nesting period for new parents.<br/><br/>Growth, community & gear<br/><br/>– Professional development opportunities, ARC’TERYX Academies, Employee Belonging Councils and access to employee discounts and Pro Deals (exclusive discounted pricing on gear).<br/><br/>*Eligibility for certain programs may vary by role.<br/><br/>Equal Opportunity
