Elevate equipment reliability as the Maintenance Manager, guiding a skilled team in a manufacturing environment. Optimize maintenance operations while fostering safety and efficiency within the team.<br/><br/>You will report to the Plant Director and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards. Your leadership will help develop your team while managing preventive and corrective maintenance efforts across the facility. Emphasis on producing performance reports and managing the maintenance budget is key to this role.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train the maintenance team regularly
• Ensure strict health and safety compliance
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Produce detailed performance and KPI reports
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives effectively<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field
• Over 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing
• Proven team management and maintenance planning expertise
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP PM software
