You will contribute to strategic decision-making while embedding finance as a vital partner to the business. The ideal candidate has a CPA designation and a proven record of transforming finance functions and teams.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Canadian accounting and reporting functions
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Manage compliance and regulatory obligations
• Lead annual statutory audits and tax compliance
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5+ years post-CPA experience in finance
• Experience with SaaS or technology sectors
• Proven ability to lead finance teams effectively
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX regulations
