Overview

Terra Nova Marine Medical Clinic is a group family practice located at 235 Southeast Marine Drive, Vancouver, Canada. It will open in Fall 2025 and accommodate up to four family physicians at one time. The clinic is part of a network of six clinics across British Columbia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care for 20‑40 patients per day, managing a range of medical issues from new patients to chronic disease management.
  • Develop and maintain patient panels with flexibility to focus on community family medicine or specialty interests.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (nurses, allied health, NP team) to deliver holistic care.
  • Participate in cross‑coverage within the Terra Nova network to cover vacations and call duties as needed.
  • Utilize advanced AI‑driven tools for SOAP notes, e‑fax, patient messaging, recall systems, and an integrated cloud‑based EMR.

Qualifications

  • Fully licensed Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner in British Columbia.
  • Experience in primary care and ability to work independently in a flexible practice setting.
  • Comfortable with technology‑driven clinical workflow and adaptable to innovative care delivery models.
  • International Medical Graduates (IMGs) are welcome; Terra Nova sponsors licensing assistance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary options: LFP billing or NTP contract ($312K/year + bonuses) or fee‑for‑service.

  • Length of role: long‑term (over 8 weeks) with proposed dates Oct 1, 2025 – Oct 1, 2026.
