Description
Lead the national eDiscovery Group at BLG in Canada as a Senior Manager. Oversee teams, manage analytics workflows, and ensure high-quality eDiscovery services in a hybrid work environment.<br/><br/>In this senior role, you will manage the eDiscovery Analyst Team, providing technical support and integrating analytics into workflows. Essential skills include expertise in RelativityOne, the EDRM process, and experience in supervising litigation support professionals. Your leadership will foster best practices and collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional eDiscovery solutions.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the eDiscovery Analyst Team
• Administer RelativityOne workspaces and analytics
• Design and validate analytics workflows and protocols
• Monitor cloud-based eDiscovery tool usage and costs
• Collaborate with IT and compliance teams for best practices<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Minimum eight years in eDiscovery or litigation support
• Advanced knowledge of RelativityOne and EDRM methodologies
• Proven experience mentoring or supervising teams
• Strong client-service orientation and communication skills
