As Head of Finance, youll drive value and collaborate closely across teams, ensuring accurate forecasting and compliance.<br/><br/>In this critical role, you will manage all finance functions for Brookfield’s investments in the Michigan Rail joint venture. With over 7 years of experience in corporate finance or asset management, you will prepare audited financial statements and oversee tax compliance. Your expertise will support effective financial decision-making and enhance investment performance in the infrastructure sector.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quarterly and annual financial statement preparations
• Manage financial forecasting and KPIs for both businesses
• Oversee tax compliance with the service provider
• Maintain investment valuation models and pricing tools
• Provide updates on investment performance to Brookfield<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
• CPA, CA, or CFA preferred
• 7+ years in finance or asset management
