Join our team as an Experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst, focusing on enterprise solutions in the financial sector. Lead initiatives by gathering requirements and translating them into actionable plans.<br/><br/>In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify needs, recommend Salesforce solutions, and create essential documentation. Collaborating with various teams, you will support agile delivery while maintaining compliance and security in a highly regulated banking environment.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements
• Offer Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs
• Develop functional documentation, including user stories and Epics
• Facilitate collaboration among Product Owners and developers
• Assist in QA activities and ensure best practices adherence<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5+ years in Salesforce Functional Analyst or Lead role
• 3+ years of experience in Banking or Financial services
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce implementations in large enterprises
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira<br/><br/>Leverage your skills to shape and enhance Salesforce solutions in the financial services domain.
