Job Description<br/><br/>Insight Global is looking for a Digital Data Analyst with experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Looker to support digital analytics for a leading banking customer. This role will primarily focus on building Looker dashboards, with additional exposure to GCP-related work in partnership with a broader platform team.
Contract / Work Arrangement<br/><br/>Term: 12-month contract
Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
Location: Downtown Toronto
Start: ASAP (no fixed start date; onboarding typically 2–3 weeks)
Role Split (Approx.)<br/><br/>~80% Looker dashboard development and analytics reporting
~20% GCP-related support (as needed)
Key Responsibilities<br/><br/>Design, build, and enhance Looker dashboards for digital analytics reporting
Develop and maintain reporting layers/logic to ensure accurate, consistent metrics
Use SQL to extract, validate, and analyze data supporting dashboard requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver actionable insights
Support GCP-related analytics work when needed, coordinating with partner teams
Troubleshoot data and dashboard issues and improve performance/efficiency

Skills and Requirements<br/><br/>Strong, hands‑on SQL and PowerBI skills
Experience building dashboards in Looker
Experience working in GCP
Proven experience as a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst working with marketing campaign data
Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams – SAS (not required; can be trained)
