This role demands top-notch project management skills and keen attention to detail in a collaborative setting.<br/><br/>As an Electrical Project Manager, you will navigate complex tasks while driving project success and ensuring effective communication. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team through major projects, adhering to construction budgets and timelines. You will cultivate relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results on diverse building designs.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Develop system engineering concepts and detailed design briefs
• Manage project design within construction budgets
• Coordinate document reviews with internal and external teams
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and deliverables
• Act as a contract administrator when required<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Five or more years of experience in electrical building services
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
