Take the lead at HDR as a Water Program Manager, driving transformative projects focused on community water systems. Manage substantial programs with a focus on sustainability and public health.<br/><br/>In your role as Water Program Manager at HDR, you will oversee the successful delivery of large capital programs in water and wastewater management. This involves collaboration with a diverse team of experts to ensure comprehensive strategies are implemented throughout project lifecycles. You will play a vital role in creating sustainable solutions for communities across Ontario.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex multi-year water capital programs
• Develop and implement risk management protocols
• Collaborate on project budgeting and delivery strategies
• Act as a liaison to stakeholders and clients
• Enforce safety and quality standards throughout projects<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related fields
• 15 years in water consulting and management
• 6 years of program management experience
• Familiar with advanced project management tools
