This role demands strong estimating skills and is office-based only.<br/><br/>Based in Toronto at 108 Vine Avenue, the Senior Estimator will manage all estimating and pre-construction processes for various projects. With over eight years of experience in commercial interior construction estimating, you will collaborate with project management to establish budgets and select qualified subcontractors. Your analysis of tender drawings and project specifications will ensure accurate pricing and project viability.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee estimating and pre-construction processes
• Work with management on project budgeting
