Full-time, Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team delivering innovative water treatment solutions globally.

You’ll:

  • Direct engineering projects across Process, Mechanical, Electrical & Controls
  • Drive technical strategy and customer relationships
  • Mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Own project delivery from design to completion

We need:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering + 5-8 years experience
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • EPC contract experience (preferred)
  • P.Eng or ability to obtain (preferred)

Compensation:

The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $85,000 – $115,000 annually.
