In this role, you will manage highway-related design projects and ensure effective collaboration among engineering disciplines. Your expertise will guide project development from conceptual stages through to successful completion, focusing on client satisfaction and best practices.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully execute highway planning and design projects
• Lead project teams in detail design efforts
• Manage all aspects, including budgets and schedules
• Provide mentorship to junior and intermediate staff
• Contribute to business strategy and proposal development<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree
• Ontario P.Eng. required or eligible
• Minimum 15 years in transportation infrastructure
• Experience with municipal and provincial clients
