Become a key player in BDO Canadas Technology Consulting team as a Consultant specializing in Modern Workplace technologies. This role focuses on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Teams solutions in the Greater Toronto Area.<br/><br/>As a Senior Consultant, you will engage clients through assessments and tailored recommendations for Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions. Your role includes leading workshops, understanding business needs, and guiding clients in digital transformation while ensuring optimal tool adoption and usage. Strong communication skills and consultancy experience will be leveraged as you become a trusted advisor to your clients.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs for Microsoft 365 and Copilot
• Deliver readiness assessments and training strategies
• Conduct user workshops and document requirements
• Engage in pre-sales activities including demos and proposals
• Proactively address business and project issues<br/><br/>Requirements:
• University degree or related college diploma
• Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 experience
• Proficient in client presentations and communication
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Power Platform
