The Canadian Museum for Human Rights is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This position focuses on IT systems management and technical support for a dynamic workplace.<br/><br/>As an IT Systems Administrator, you will work closely with the Manager of IT Operations and Security. Your responsibilities will encompass administering information systems, maintaining network and security infrastructure, and delivering technical support. This role emphasizes a collaborative approach, with about 50% dedicated to project work, ensuring a robust and efficient IT environment.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administration, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
• Monitor and optimize IT systems performance
• Support secure network applications and services
• Provide second-level support for hardware and software issues
• Identify improvement areas and recommend solutions<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in IT and minimum five years experience
• Strong technical proficiency with firewalls and networks
