About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead and scale multi-site operations in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic partner who can ensure that capacity, efficiency, and reliability keep pace with rapid growth while maintaining top-tier customer service and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include multi-site leadership, strategic planning, deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and optimization of supply chain and logistics. The VP will also be accountable for capital and automation, and for strengthening the people and culture within the manufacturing sites.

Applicants for the Vice President of Manufacturing position at the company should have a proven track record in scaling operations and driving EBITDA expansion. Direct accountability for plant operations, quality, and logistics/network is essential, as is strong Capex management experience. The role demands a leader with familiarity in ERP/MES systems, data-driven performance management, and cross-border leadership experience in both union and non-union environments. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, humble builder with a focus on developing others, and will be required to travel up to 40-60% in Canada and the USA. A minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in multi-site leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations (MBA preferred) are also necessary, with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt being a preferred qualification.
