Description

  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits preferred.
  • Ability to act as the Benefits Module Stream Lead, owning the Benefits workstream throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead design workshops, manage client stakeholders, and collaborate with the overall HR Transformation Lead.
  • Develop, maintain, and own Benefits design and configuration workbooks, while guiding client teams on processes and best practices.
  • Manage and coordinate offshore support and configuration resources.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support of the SuccessFactors Benefits module.
  • Experience integrating Benefits with the broader SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and third-party benefits providers.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, eligibility rules, enrollments, life events, and benefits compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable Benefits solutions.
  • Experience working with large, complex organizations, preferably within unionized and regulated industries, including utilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business and HR stakeholders.
  • Travel required on a periodic basis to New Brunswick and ability to work within Atlantic Standard Time (AST) business hours.
