Job Title: Execution & Integration Coordinator III
Duration: 12 Month Contract (Possible extensions)
Location: Fort McMurray, AB
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the safe execution and integration of capital and maintenance projects within an industrial operations environment. The role focuses on coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project activities from planning through completion, and ensuring successful delivery of projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of capital and maintenance projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Coordinate engineering, operations, maintenance teams, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project design reviews, constructability assessments, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, regulatory, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Manage project closeout activities, documentation, and transition of completed assets to operations.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance reliability, execution efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration.
Technical Experience:
Mechanical: Pumps, motors, piping systems, mechanical equipment, and storage tanks.
Electrical: Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), transformers, electrical upgrades, and industrial electrical systems.
Civil Exposure: Earthworks, facility infrastructure, and minor civil construction activities.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project execution, engineering, construction, or industrial operations.
- Hands-on experience with capital and maintenance projects.
- Strong understanding of field execution, contractor coordination, and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification or engineering designation is an asset.
- Oil & gas, pipeline, or industrial facility experience preferred.
