Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Product Strategy Specialist to support product research, strategy development, market analysis, and roadmap planning across blockchain SaaS, decentralized identity, eKYC, and enterprise Web3 solutions. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused on Web3 product strategy, blockchain infrastructure, digital asset systems, interoperability, and enterprise blockchain applications.

The Web3 Product Strategy Specialist will research market needs, analyze product opportunities, support roadmap planning, and prepare strategy materials across decentralized identity, blockchain verification, supply chain traceability, data vaults, peer-to-peer energy trading, and Web3 SaaS micro-solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in blockchain products, enterprise SaaS, Web3 infrastructure, digital assets, and emerging technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Research Web3 product trends, blockchain SaaS solutions, digital asset infrastructure, decentralized identity, eKYC, and enterprise blockchain applications

• Analyze customer needs, product opportunities, market demand, competitive positioning, interoperability use cases, and enterprise adoption trends

• Support product strategy, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, market positioning, and go-to-market research across Web3 solutions

• Prepare product strategy briefs, market research reports, competitive analysis, product opportunity notes, and Web3 ecosystem summaries

• Track developments across Hyperledger ecosystems, decentralized identity systems, blockchain verification tools, IoT-enabled traceability, and enterprise Web3 platforms

• Support analysis of product usability, integration requirements, compliance considerations, data verification workflows, and blockchain-enabled business processes

• Collaborate with technical, business, and strategy teams on product planning, solution design, client research, and Web3 implementation initiatives

• Maintain organized product research files, competitor trackers, roadmap notes, use case libraries, market maps, and Web3 product intelligence resources

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Web3 product strategy, blockchain SaaS, enterprise blockchain, digital assets, decentralized identity, and emerging technology platforms

• Familiarity with blockchain products, SaaS platforms, product strategy, market research, eKYC, digital identity, data verification, or enterprise technology solutions

• Understanding of product roadmaps, customer needs, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy, interoperability, integrations, and digital trust systems

• Familiarity with Hyperledger, decentralized identity tools, blockchain explorers, SaaS platforms, product management tools, or Web3 research platforms is a plus

• Strong research, analytical, organizational, strategic thinking, and communication skills

• Ability to explain Web3 product opportunities, enterprise blockchain use cases, and digital asset infrastructure clearly

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple product research and strategy priorities

• Previous experience in product strategy, blockchain research, SaaS, fintech, enterprise technology, Web3, or digital transformation projects is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: CAD145,000 – CAD155,000 per year depending on experience
