About the Role/ À propos du poste

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to play a key role in supporting our employees, managers, and HR programs while managing the day-to-day HR activities of our partially unionized manufacturing organization.

The HR Generalist will work independently on day-to-day HR operations while collaborating with our Fractional HR Director and CFO for strategic guidance and complex matters. This position offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact across the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, labour relations, performance management, and HR process improvement.

This is an ideal role for an HR professional who enjoys working in an SME, being close to the business, and coaching managers through everyday people matters. We’re looking for someone who combines sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills in order to influence positively with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and ensure our HR processes remain organized, efficient, and compliant.
