Description

Hours: ~fluctuates between 8 – 24 hrs/week depending on phase of the project

  • Certifications: SuccessFactors Performance and Goals and SuccessFactors Succession and Development (nice to have)
  • Ability to be a module stream lead for Performance & Goals
  • Conduct design workshops, manage client counterparts, work with overall HR stream lead
  • Own the Performance workbooks and guide client counterparts on use
  • Manage off-shore module support resources
  • Must have End to End implementation experience including designing, implementing, and cutover of Talent Management (Performance and Succession) solutions
  • Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub
  • Understand the business HR aspect of Performance and Succession and business processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to translate and explain technical processes to non-technical audiences and bring them on the journey
  • Travel: periodic travel to New Brunswick, must be able to work AST time zone hours
