Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Inventory Manager in the Plastics Manufacturing industry in Wallaceburg, Ontario.

We are seeking an Inventory & Project Manager to lead production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional projects while ensuring customer demand is met efficiently and cost-effectively. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain inventory levels to support customer demand
- Create and manage production schedules based on forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity
- Coordinate raw material deliveries and ensure material availability
- Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and physical inventories
- Lead capital projects and operational improvement initiatives
- Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing efficiency
- Prepare reports and analyze operational data to support decision-making
Requirements:
- Possess post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Bring 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate experience with production scheduling and inventory management
- Have project management experience within an operational setting
- Utilize ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills effectively
- Understand manufacturing operations, ideally within plastic injection moulding
- Apply strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
