Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Inventory Manager in the Plastics Manufacturing industry in Wallaceburg, Ontario.

We are seeking an Inventory & Project Manager to lead production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional projects while ensuring customer demand is met efficiently and cost-effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain inventory levels to support customer demand
  • Create and manage production schedules based on forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity
  • Coordinate raw material deliveries and ensure material availability
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Lead capital projects and operational improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing efficiency
  • Prepare reports and analyze operational data to support decision-making

Requirements:

  • Possess post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Bring 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrate experience with production scheduling and inventory management
  • Have project management experience within an operational setting
  • Utilize ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills effectively
  • Understand manufacturing operations, ideally within plastic injection moulding
  • Apply strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
