This relationship will require trust, clear communication, strong reporting, and the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining operational ownership. The purpose of the role is simple: to help Compassion Senior Care become less dependent on the owner by ensuring effective daily operations while preserving the culture, values, care standards, and reputation that have been built over the past nine years.

Compensation

Salary range of $70,000 to 80,000 based on experience and qualifications, with an annual performance-based bonus. There is potential for increased responsibility and compensation as the organization continues to grow.
