We’re working with a well-established General Contractor seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland

.You’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, maintain project schedules, uphold safety and quality standards, and work closely with Project Managers to deliver successful projects

Requiremen

• ts5–10+ years’ experience as a Site Superintendent on commercial projec
• tsStrong leadership and communication skil
• lsExperience with Procore or similar construction softwa
• reValid driver’s licen
• ceMust reside in the Greater Vancouver area and be legally eligible to work in Cana
