Ready to suit up as a Surveillance Security Guard<br /><br />What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Your strong observation skills with attention to detail are your greatest strengths.<br /><br />As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.<br /><br />Schedule- Saturday-Sunday 19:00-07:00<br /><br />Location- L8P 0C8<br /><br />Whats in it for you?<br />Hourly wage of $18.35<br />We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy<br />Flexible schedules with various shifts available<br />Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld<br />Full-time & part-time opportunities<br />Uniform provided at no cost<br />Responsibilities for Surveillance Security Guard<br />Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity<br />Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats<br />Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports<br />Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises<br />Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification<br />Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions<br />Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies<br />Qualifications for Surveillance Security Guard<br />Be authorized to work in Canada<br />Hold a valid security license<br />First aid certification required<br />Strong report writing skills<br />Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus<br />Strong proficiency with technology<br />Ability to stand and walk throughout shift<br /><br />This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.<br /><br />This could be more than a job!
