Job Title: CMDB Senior Developer

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 Day/week)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: CAD $60-62/hour Inc. (Flexible)

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, CI Class Manager, CSDM, CMDB Health, data certification and CMDB governance.
  • Should have strong experience with Discovery, MID Server concepts, service mapping dependencies and CI relationship management.
  • Good experience with import sets, transform maps, data normalization, identification rules and reconciliation engine behavior.
  • Good understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM and SAM data dependencies within ServiceNow.
  • Ability to troubleshoot CMDB data quality issues, duplicate CIs, relationship gaps and data load exceptions.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
