Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor ground control systems effectively
• Ensure the safety of mining operations and legacy sites
• Work closely with Mine/Geology Directors for program alignment
• Guide and mentor geotechnical teams on-site
• Maintain consistency in technical excellence and program direction

Requirements:
• Degree in mining or geotechnical engineering
• Master’s in rock mechanics is advantageous
• 12 years of engineering experience in industry
• 6 years in specialized geotechnical work
• Strong communication and leadership skills
