Description
Become the Financial Controller at Thomson Power Systems, a fully onsite role for a six-month contract that may extend. Oversee accounting governance with hands-on operational leadership.
In this critical role, you will act as a business partner to management while directing the accounting departments functions. Your responsibilities will include managing financial reporting, payroll processing, and variance analysis essential for business success in a manufacturing setup. Collaborative contributions will be vital to strategic planning initiatives and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the financial departments activities with GAAP adherence
• Ensure timely closure of monthly financial statements
• Approve daily payroll and revenue recognition
• Manage submissions of all corporate fiscal reports
• Analyze financial performance to identify cost efficiencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• Minimum 7 years in operational accounting
• Familiarity with SAP or MRP systems essential
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong command of Microsoft applications and Power BI
