Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience and strong Fast Formula skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) implementations and enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM OTL solutions.
- Configure Oracle Time and Labor according to business requirements.
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for Time and Labor.
- Design and support time entry, time calculation, validation, approval, and related OTL processes.
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Work with functional and technical teams to resolve complex OTL issues.
- Support integrations between OTL and other Oracle HCM modules.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot OTL-related issues.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL).
- 2–3 Oracle Time and Labor implementations.
- Strong Fast Formula development and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with OTL configuration, time entry, time calculation, validations, approvals, and rules.
- Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle HCM.
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Experience integrating OTL with other Oracle HCM modules.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
